AnhangA. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlichen zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 150 Euro (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen gebildet. Fremdwährungsaufwendungen wurden unter Zugrundelegung des jeweiligen Euro-Referenz-Kurses gebucht. Sofern sich bei der Belastung der Zahlung Unterschiede zum angenommenen Kurs ergaben, wurden diese korrigiert. Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. B. Informationen zur Bilanz Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betrug zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 €. Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen die nachfolgenden Rechte und Pflichten:
