ANHANGROCKVIEW GMBH HAMBURG Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 ist nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 266 ff., §§ 275 ff. HGB und § 42 GmbHG gegliedert. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Sachanlagen des Anlagevermögens werden zu den aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet. Die abnutzbaren Anlagegegenstände werden planmäßig über ihre voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Im laufenden Geschäftsjahr werden Anlagegegenstände mit einem Einzelbetrag bis zu EUR 800,00 als geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter sofort abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennbetrag oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind mit dem Betrag ausgewiesen, der unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzips bei vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung anzusetzen ist. Sie be¬rücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zum Rückzahlungsbetrag. III. Sonstige Angaben 1. Geschäftsführer Der Geschäftsführung gehörte im Wirtschaftsjahr an: Herr Peter Schuh, Hamburg (1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2023) 2.
