Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013ETQ Computer GmbHI Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Firma ETQ Computer GmbH ist nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes aufgestellt. Die Wertansätze der Bilanz zum 31.12.2012 sind unverändert übernommen worden. Die Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgen nach § 288 HGB in eingeschränktem Umfang. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. II Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und planmäßig abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen sind nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen worden. Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen. Der Warenbestand wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten oder zu den niedrigeren Tageswerten am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgte zum Nennwert. Die Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und sind notwendig wie ausreichend bemessen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert. Die Darlehen werden mit 3% p.a. verzinst. III Sonstige Angaben Die Firma wurde am 15.01.2009 gegründet. Sie hat ihren Sitz in Berlin. Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist der Einzel- und Großhandel mit Computern, Computerzubehör (Hard- und Software) und Telekommunikationsartikeln. Die Gesellschaft ist in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Berlin- Charlottenburg unter der Nr. HRB 117720 eingetragen. Das Stammkapital beträgt € 25.000,00. Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2013 war der Kaufmann Ferdi Kepir. Das Unternehmen beschäftigte im Kalenderjahr durchschnittlich fünf Arbeitnehmer.
