Anhang1. Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Gliederung der Bilanz und die Gliederung der Gewinn und Verlustrechnung entsprechen den §§ 266 und 175 HGB sowie § 42 GmbH, wobei für die Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung wurden in Anspruch genommen. Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252 - 256 HGB, sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsbestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 269 - 274, 179 - 183 HGB) aufgestellt. AKTIVA Die Gesellschaft macht von der Möglichkeit Gebrauch, die Sonderkosten der Ingangsetzung im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Möglichkeiten des HGB als Bilanzierungshilfe zu aktivieren. Die Kosten werden in der Bilanz über 4 Jahre abgeschrieben. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, unter Berücksichtigung von Anschaffungsnebenkosten und Preisnachlässen, vermindert um abnutzungsbedingte planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Der Ausweis erfolgt nach der direkten Bruttomethode gemäß § 268 Abs. 2 HGB. Alle Abschreibungen wurden auf der Grundlage der linearen Methode zeitanteilig unter Berücksichtigung der steuerlich zulässigen Höchstsätze ermittelt. PASSIVA Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe der voraussichtlichen Verpflichtungen gebildet worden. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Die Gesellschaft hat finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträge in Höhe von rd. T€ 379 p.a., die durchschnittliche Restlaufzeit dieser Verträge beträgt ca. drei Jahre. Sonstige AngabenZu Geschäftsführern der Gesellschaft sind bestellt:
