AnhangBilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden A: Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss der Firma Sammer-Kiermeier GmbH ist unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungs-gesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt worden. Die Vorjahresbeträge sind bei der erstmaligen Anwendung des BilMoG nicht angepasst worden. (Art. 67VIII S 2.EGHGB) Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. v. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. B: Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert geblieben. 1. Anlagevermögen Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und - soweit abnutzbar - um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlicher Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410,00 EUR wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. 2. Umlaufvermögen Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe wurden per Inventur aufgenommen und mit Einkaufspreisen bewertet. Die Einhaltung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips wurde beachtet. Bei den Forderungen waren keine erkennbaren Einzelrisiken festzustellen, so dass Einzelwertberichtigungen nicht benötigt wurden. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen. 3. Rückstellungen a) Pensionsrückstellungen Als Berechnungsverfahren nach BilMoG wird für die Rückstellungen für Pensionen und ähnliche Verpflichtungen das Teilwertverfahren/ Projected Unit Credit Method (PUC) angewendet. Der Rechnungszins beträgt 4.88 % p.a. Als Rechnungsgrundlage kamen die Heubeck Richttafeln 2005 G zum Ansatz. Der Zinsanteil an den Zuführungen wird, gemäß Neuregelung BilMoG, im Finanzergebnis angezeigt. Der Übergangsbetrag wird gemäß Artikel 67 Abs 1 EGHGB mit einem Fünfzehntel, bis 31.12.2024 angepasst. b) sonstige Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen (Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen) wurden so bemessen, dass sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Rechnung tragen. 4. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. a) Haftungsverbindlichkeiten Es sind keine weiteren Verbindlichkeiten vorhanden. b) Angaben zu den Restlaufzeiten und Sicherheiten der Verbindlichkeiten
bis zu 1 Jahr 57.800,12 EUR über 5 Jahren 0,00 EUR davon gesichert 0,00 EUR 5. Angaben zu Beteiligungen Beteiligungen waren nicht vorhanden. C: Sonstige Pflichtangaben Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane: Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Frau Irmgard Sammer-Kiermeier geführt.
