Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010I. Allgemeine Hinweise Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Verwaltung des eigenen Vermögens und das Halten und Verwalten von Beteiligungen an Unternehmen und Gesellschaften im In- und Ausland. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 HGB sowie § 42 GmbHG. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend: Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen und Beteiligungen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten oder mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten entsprechen den Nominalwerten. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Beträgen angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in ausreichendem Umfang. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz In den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 2.795.270,23 (Vj. T€ 2.747) zum Bilanzstichtag enthalten. Die Restlaufzeit ist kleiner als ein Jahr. In den zum Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 320.675,03 (Vj. T€ 251) bilanziert. Die Restlaufzeit ist kleiner als ein Jahr. IV. Sonstige Angaben Aufstellung des Anteilsbesitzes Auf die Angaben nach § 285 Nr. 11 HGB wird unter Hinweis auf § 286 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 HGB verzichtet. Haftungsverhältnisse Aus der Bilanz nicht ersichtliche Haftungsverhältnisse bestehen nicht. Geschäftsführung Zu Geschäftsführern der Komplementär-GmbH sind / waren bestellt: Herr Knuth Blumenstiel, Rechtsanwalt, München bis 21. Dezember 2010. Herr Dr. Daniel Lehmann, Rechtsanwalt, Starnberg seit 21. Dezember 2010. Herr Christian Wilhelm, Rechtsanwalt, München seit 21. Dezember 2010. Die Gesellschaft wird durch zwei Geschäftsführer gemeinschaftlich vertreten. Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
