A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Bei der Bilanzierung wurde die positive Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (Going-Concern) unterstellt. Die Gesellschaft hat im Berichtsjahr einen Jahresüberschuss erzielt. Zur Vermeidung einer Überschuldung der Gesellschaft hat die Boku Network Services Inc., San Francisco, USA, einen verbindlichen unbefristeten Rangrücktritt gegenüber der Boku Network Services GmbH unterzeichnet. Erworbene und selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten bilanziert und werden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer von im Wesentlichen 3 bzw. 7 Jahren um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden in Vorjahren zu Herstellungskosten nach § 255 Abs. 2a S. 1 HGB i.V.m. § 255 Abs. 2 S. 1 und 2 HGB, bestehend aus den Personalkosten der Entwickler, aktiviert und werden planmäßig linear über ihre voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer von 7 Jahren sowie bei Vorliegen einer voraussichtlich dauernden Wertminderung außerplanmäßig abgeschrieben. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich der planmäßigen Abschreibungen entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer von im Wesentlichen 3 bis 7 Jahren aktiviert. Zur Ermittlung der Abschreibungsbeträge wird die lineare Abschreibungsmethode angewandt. Für materielles Anlagevermögen mit Anschaffungskosten von 250 EUR bis 1.000 EUR wurde in Vorjahren bis einschließlich 2017 ein Sammelposten gebildet, der über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren abgeschrieben wird. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zum Nennwert oder zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Für nicht werthaltige Forderungen wurden entsprechende Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände, der Kassenbestand sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden soweit erforderlich bei der Ermittlung des Erfüllungsbetrags (in Höhe der allgemeinen Inflationsrate) berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung wurden zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. C. Angaben zur Bilanz Restlaufzeiten und Sicherheiten Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind - wie im Vorjahr - innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben - wie im Vorjahr - eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Für die Verbindlichkeiten wurden keine Sicherheiten geleistet. D. Ergänzende Angaben Konzernverhältsnisse Der Jahresabschluss wird in den Konzernabschluss der Boku Inc./San Francisco, USA einbezogen. Rechtliche Verhältnisse Mit Beschluss vom 13.12.2021 erfolgte ein Rechtsformwechsel. Die Gesellschaft firmiert nun als Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung unter dem Namen "Boku Network Services GmbH". Die Anmeldung zur Eintragung im Handelsregister erfolgte im Jahr 2022. Die Eintragung erfolgte am 10.01.2022.
