ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 20101. ALLGEMEINE ANGABENDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. § 267 HGB. Von den Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs gem. § 288 HGB wird Gebrauch gemacht. 2. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN2.1 Forderungen Die Forderungen sind zum Nominalwert unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips bilanziert. 2.2 Rückstellungen Für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten werden Rückstellungen in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. 3. SONSTIGE ANGABEN3.1 Haftungsverhältnisse Eventualverbindlichkeiten aus der Begebung und Übertragung von Wechseln bestanden nicht. Die Gesellschaft ist Komplementärin der HKS Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG und insoweit Haftungsgarant gem. § 161 HGB. 3.2 Geschäftsführung Der Geschäftsführung gehörte im Geschäftsjahr an:
