Anhang zur Bilanz für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 01.10.2012 bis zum 30.09.2013der Dramatico Entertainment GmbHI: Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB sowie der einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewendet. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. II: Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden, gegenüber dem Vorjahr im Wesentlichen unveränderten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden - sofern vorhanden - zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten von mehr als 150,00 Euro aber nicht mehr als 410,00 Euro wurden sofort abgeschrieben. Die in den Jahren 2008 und 2009 für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter gebildeten Sammelposten wurden weiter über die jeweilige Restlaufzeit abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde mit dem Nennbetrag erfasst. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Zusammensetzung des Sachanlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem Bruttoanlagespiegel. Die Dramatico Entertainment Limited war alleinige Gesellschafterin der Dramatico Entertainment GmbH. Gegenstand des Unternehmens war im Berichtsjahr die Koordination und das Management der Vermarktung von Rechten und Künstlern der Dramatico Entertainment Limited im deutschen Sprachraum, hierzu zählten insbesondere das sogenannte Labelmanagement, Marketing, Promotion, Lizenzierung von Songs für sogenannte Kopplungen, Konzertveranstaltungen, Tourneemanagement, Merchandising sowie mögliche Akquisition und Auswertung von Rechten, Leistungen, Waren und sonstigen Produkten im Unterhaltungsbereich. Die Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestanden gegenüber der Dramatico Entertainment Ltd. und betrugen zum Abschlussstichtag 30.09.2013: 5.286.765,76 € (30.09.2012: 4.505.036,34 €), hiervon waren Forderungen für Lieferungen und Leistungen 3.227.894,42 € (30.09.2012: 2.878.579,56 €). Dem gegenüber bestanden Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen zum Bilanzstichtag gegenüber der Dramatico Entertainment Ltd. und der Earlmont Ltd., einer Organtochtergesellschaft, in Höhe von 3.551.374,31 € (30.09.2012: 3.151.865,66 €). Eine Verrechnung von Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen erfolgte bisher nicht. IV. Sonstige Angaben Alleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer der Dramatico Entertainment GmbH waren im Berichtsjahr:
