Anhang des Jahresabschlusses zum 31.12.2011A. Allgemeine Angaben I. Zuordnung zu den Größenklassen Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. II. Form der Aufstellung Der Jahresabschluß wird unter Berücksichtigung der folgenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt: a) Bilanz Gemäß den Gliederungsvorschriften des § 266 HGB b) Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung Gliederung gemäß § 275 Abs. 1 u. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren) Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses im Jahr 2010 nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden (1) Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden unter Ansatz der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer nach der linearen Methode unter Beachtung der steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Geringwertige Anlagegegenstände mit Einzelanschaffungskosten bis zu Euro 150,00 werden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr des Zugangs voll als Betriebsausgaben abgesetzt. (2) Vorräte werden zu den Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden Wert gemäß § 253 HGB angesetzt. (3) Andere Gegenstände des Umlaufvermögens werden zum Nennbetrag oder dem niedrigeren Wertansatz gemäß § 253 Abs. 3 HGB bewertet. (4) Erhaltene Anzahlungen wurden, soweit sie am Bilanzstichtag noch nicht verrechnet sind, nach der Nettomethode angesetzt. (5) Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. (6) Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungbetrag bewertet. C. Erläuterungen der Bilanz In den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten von insgesamt Euro 8.905,67 sind keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren enthalten. D. Sonstige Angaben Im Berichtsjahr wurde die Geschäftsführung durch Herrn Arnold Kirchner ausgeübt. Die Kirchner Beteiligungs GmbH ist Komplementärin der Kirchner GmbH & CoKG.
