Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01. bis 31.12.20171. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die kleinen Kapital-gesellschaften zustehenden Erleichterungen für die Aufstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses werden in Anspruch genommen. Ein Lagebericht wird gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB nicht aufgestellt. Das Anlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung angemessener planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Forderungen werden mit ihrem Nennwert, Wertpapiere mit dem bilanziell beizulegenden Kurs bzw. Anschaffungskosten, Verbindlichkeiten mit dem Rückzahlungswert angesetzt. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. 2. Angaben zur Bilanz Unter den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände in Höhe von 502.303,78 € (im Vj. 515.323,99 € ) mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr ausgewiesen. Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. 3. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Im Jahr 2017 war als Geschäftsführer tätig: Herr Dieter Müller, Kaufmann Frau Ursula Schelle-Müller, Kauffrau Die DMG Beteiligungs GmbH ist persönlich haftender Gesellschafter bei der DMG Seeleitn GmbH & Co. KG, Münsing. Die Gesellschaft ist mit mindestens 20% an folgenden Gesellschaften wie folgt beteiligt:
Die Gesellschaft hat eine Forderung zum 31.12.2017 gegenüber der Gesellschaftergeschäftsführerin in Höhe von 179 T€, die mit 2 Prozentpunkten über EURIBOR-Prozentsatz verzinst wird.
