Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet: - Ausleihungen zum Nennwert Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt. Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Angaben zur Bilanz Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre und der Sicherungsrechte Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt 15.206.408,47 EUR (Vorjahr: 15.877.246,68 EUR). Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind, beträgt 17.676.092,47 EUR. Die Besicherung erfolgt durch eingetragene Grundschulden und Abtretungen von Miet- und Pachtforderungen. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern Zur Klarstellung werden die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern wie folgt ausgewiesen:
