Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2010A. Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2010 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, sowie des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Rothenberger Investment GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde nach § 288 HGB teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurden erstmalig die Regelungen des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) angewendet. Die bisherige Form der Darstellung und die bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden insoweit angepasst. Eine Durchbrechung der Stetigkeit liegt insoweit nicht vor (Art 67 Abs. 7 S.1 HGB). Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend Art 67 Abs. VIII S. 2 HGB nicht angepasst. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31. Dezember 2010 sind die folgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden zur Anwendung gekommen: Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten bewertet. Abschreibungen wurden nicht vorgenommen. Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle am Bilanzstichtag erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Betrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Das im Zusammenhang mit der Beteiligung aufgenommene Darlehen in Höhe von Euro 1.616.500 ist hier enthalten.
