Anhang für die Offenlegung zum 31. Januar 2009A. Allgemeine Angaben und Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Der Jahresabschluss der MS Systems GmbH zum 31. Januar 2009 wurde entsprechend den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches (§§ 242 ff., 264 ff. HGB) sowie den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, ausgewiesen. Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Die Forderungen werden zum Nennwert, ggf. vermindert um Pauschalwertberichtigungen, ausgewiesen. Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt DEM 50.000,00 (€ 25.264,59). Bei der Bildung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten im Rahmen kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung getragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbeträgen bilanziert. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Von den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen in Höhe von € 31.358,90 entfallen € 8.560,39 auf Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern. Die Verbindlichkeiten zum Bilanzstichtag belaufen sich auf € 57.885,82, die alle innerhalb eines Jahres fällig sind. C. Ergänzende Angaben Geschäftsführer Zum Geschäftsführer der MS Systems GmbH ist Herr Peter Lingott, Kaufmann, bestellt.
