AnhangALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS UND ZUR OFFENLEGUNGDie Exar GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und hat den Jahresabschluss generell nach den §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie den ergänzenden Regelungen des GmbHG aufzustellen. Die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften nach §§ 266, 274a, 288 und 326 HGB wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODENDer Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt. Die Bewertung wurde nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256a HGB vorgenommen; die Sondervorschriften der §§ 265 bis 278 HGB für Kapitalgesellschaften (betreffend Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung) wurden berücksichtigt. Das Sachanlagenvermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen erfolgten nach der linearen Methode unter Berücksichtigung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Zugänge werden im Jahr der Anschaffung pro-rata temporis abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die flüssigen Mittel sind mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem im Handelsregister als Stammeinlage eingetragenen Nominalbetrag. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag (Nominalwert) angesetzt. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung werden mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag umgerechnet. Verluste aus Kursänderungen werden durch Neubewertung am Bilanzstichtag berücksichtigt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr blieben die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden unverändert. SONSTIGE ANGABENGegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden Forderungen in Höhe von EUR 212.217,37 (Vorjahr: EUR 156.445,88) und Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 627.305,17 (Vorjahr: EUR 627.305,17). Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Als Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr jeweils einzelvertretungsberechtigt bestellt:
Die Gesellschaft wird als Tochterunternehmen in den Konzernabschluss ihrer Alleingesellschafterin Exar Corp. mit Sitz in Fremont, Kalifornien / USA einbezogen. Somit ist die Exar GmbH ein verbundenes Unternehmen im Sinne des § 271 Abs. 2 HGB zur Exar Corp. Der Konzernabschluss der Exar Corp. wird veröffentlicht und ist an deren Sitz erhältlich.
