AnhangAllgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der Firma GLE Global Enterprises GmbH, Registergericht Hamburg, HRB 112856, wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften, den ergänzenden Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie den Regelungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Er besteht aus der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie dem Anhang. I. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267 Abs. 4 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Sie hat ihre Bilanz nach dem Gliederungsschema des § 266 HGB aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht dem Gesamtkostenverfahren des § 275 Abs. 2 HGB. Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Anlagevermögen Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Zum Bilanzstichtag wurden bestehende Anteile an verbundene Unternehmen wie Pomorska-, Czerska-, Goscicinska und KMK Fabryka Mebli Sp.zoo sowie bei der DKK Kollektion GmbH wertberichtigt. Nach vorheriger Ablehnung des Reorganisationsverfahrens wurden die Anteile an den o.g. verbundenen Unternehmen nach jeweiliger Antragstellung des Insolvenzverfahrens beim polnischen Insolvenzgericht außerplanmäßig in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Bei der KMK Fabryka Mebli Sp.zoo wurden die Anteile auf den niedrigen beizulegenden Wert abgewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich zum Nennbetrag bilanziert. Kapital Ausschüttungen wurden keine vorgenommen. Die Bilanzierung erfolgte vor der Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten i. S. v. § 249 Abs. 1 HGB nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr bestehen in Höhe von EUR 7.383,16. II. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch folgende Personen geführt: Herr Holger GünthelGeschäftsführerDer Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Aufstellung des Anteilbesitzes Zum 30. Juni 2023 war die Gesellschaft an den folgenden Unternehmen mit mindestens 20% der Anteile beteiligt:
Konzernabschluss des Mutterunternehmens Die Gesellschaft ist Mutterunternehmen i.S.d. § 290 Abs. 2 HGB und grundsätzlich zur Aufstellung eines Konzernabschlusses verpflichtet. Sie ist jedoch nach Prüfung durch die Geschäftsführung gem. § 293 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB wegen Unterschreitung der Größenkriterien von der Pflicht, einen Konzernabschluss zu erstellen, befreit.
