Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010I. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 der Korff GmbH, Düsseldorf, wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftervertrages aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft wies zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 288 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde daher Gebrauch gemacht. Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisie-rungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die bisherige Form der Darstellung und die bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden insoweit angepasst. Eine Durchbrechung der Stetigkeit liegt insoweit nicht vor (Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 1 EGHGB). Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und waren mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Bewertung notwendig war. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. III. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist als unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin an der AMK Management Services GmbH & Co. KG, Düsseldorf, beteiligt. Als alleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer waren Alexander von Korff, Berater Nicholas von Korff, Geschäftsführer Finanzbereich bestellt.
