2. Steuerliche Verhältnisse Die Gesellschaft wird beim Finanzamt München für Körperschaften unter der Steuernummer 143/167/40651 geführt. Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20111. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs (HGB) und des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) unter Anwendung der Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB aufgestellt. Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage gem. § 264 Abs. 2 HGB. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibung, angesetzt. Das Sachanlagenvermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibung, angesetzt. Es wird auf der Grundlage der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer der Gegenstände zwischen drei und dreizehn Jahren ausschließlich pro rata temporis abgeschrieben. Für Wirtschaftsgüter mit einem Anschaffungswert von Euro 150,00 bis 1.000,00 wird gem. § 6 Abs. 2a EStG im Geschäftsjahr erstmalig ein Sammelposten gebildet. Der Sammelposten wird linear über fünf Jahre abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Guthaben und Kassenbestände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Verpflichtungen nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung dotiert und berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 3.1. Aktiva Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschafter betragen insgesamt EUR 0,00. Der Betrag der Forderungen beträgt EUR 14.273,50. 3.2. Passiva Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter betragen EUR 0,00. Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 9.405,67. Die Rückstellungen umfassen die Aufwendungen für die Steuern. Sämtliche Rückstellungen haben eine Laufzeit unter einem Jahr. 4. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. 5. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2011 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der OBEKO GmbH durch die beiden Gesellschafter: - Uwe Höllig - Ralf Selinger Beide Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen § 181 BGB befreit.
