Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen
Unternehmen resultieren im Berichtsjahr
ausschließlich aus Lieferungen und Leistungen (i. Vj.
TEUR 22). Im Vorjahr umfassten die Verbindlichkeiten
gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen außerdem
Verbindlichkeiten aus dem Finanzverkehr in Höhe von
TEUR 4.908.
Bei dem Treuhandvermögen und den
Treuhandverbindlichkeiten handelt es sich
ausschließlich um Mietkautionen.
Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen beinhalten
Abschreibungen vom und Wertberichtigungszuführungen
zum Umlaufvermögen in Höhe von TEUR 73 sowie
Aufwendungen aus der Zuführung zu den sonstigen
Rückstellungen in Höhe von TEUR 101.
Es bestehen jährliche Verpflichtungen aus
Konzernumlageverträgen mit Gesellschaften des
Vonovia-Konzerns. Die Abrechnung erfolgt auf Basis der der
Gesellschaft zuzurechnenden Kosten für konzerninterne
Dienstleistungen. Der Aufwand im Geschäftsjahr 2017
betrug TEUR 102.
