Unter Verzicht auf sämtliche Form- und Fristvorschriften über die Ankündigung, Einberufung und Abhaltung von Gesellschafterversammlungen halten wir hiermit eine ordentliche Gesellschafterversammlung der Gesellschaft ab und beschließen einstimmig wie folgt: Waiving all requirements as to forms and notice periods for the announcement, calling and holding of shareholders' meetings, we herewith hold an ordinary shareholder's meeting of the Company and unanimously resolve as follows.
