Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023Allgemeine AngabenDie JUHI GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Berlin (Reg.Nr. 233489). Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) und den Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) sowie den einschlägigen Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung/Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und GuVDie zu Anschaffungskosten aktivierten immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden linear pro rata temporis über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer planmäßig linear abgeschrieben. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen, angesetzt.Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer pro rata temporis linear abgeschrieben. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, sind unter dem Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten aktiv abgegrenzt. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der BilanzUmlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände stellen sich wie folgt dar:
Unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter von € 25.238,37 ausgewiesen. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital von € 33.154,00 ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Im Rahmen einer Kapitalerhöhung wurden der Kapitalrücklage € 208.557,32 zugeführt. Im Posten Bilanzgewinn/Bilanzverlust ist ein Verlustvortrag von € 14.346,20 enthalten. Der aktivische Ausweis "Nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckter Fehlbetrag" ist gleichzusetzen mit der bilanziellen Überschuldung, nicht jedoch mit der Überschuldung im Sinne des Insolvenzrechts. Zur Beseitigung der Überschuldung im Sinne des Insolvenzrechts sind folgende Maßnahmen vorgenommen worden: Es können jederzeit ein Verzicht auf Wandeldarlehen vorgenommen werden. Diese betragen 774.200,00 €. Verbindlichkeiten Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten gliedern sich wie folgt:
