Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010der RONDEEL Handelsgesellschaft mbH, HamburgA. RechnungslegungsgrundsätzeDie Gesellschaft ist buchmäßig mit EUR 46.901,56 überschuldet. Gemäß der Insolvenzordnung nach der für den Zeitraum vom 17. Oktober 2008 bis zum 31. Dezember 2013 geltenden Fassung (vgl. Art. 5 und Art 7 FMGStG vom 17. Oktober 2008/18. September 2009) liegt Überschuldung dann vor, wenn das Vermögen des Schuldners die bestehenden Verbindlichkeiten nicht mehr deckt, es sei denn, die Fortführung des Unternehmens ist nach den Umständen überwiegend wahrscheinlich. Dies bedeutet, dass für den Fall einer positiven Fortbestehungsprognose kein Status zur Ermittlung einer etwaigen Überschuldung mehr zu erstellen ist, da eine Überschuldung im rechtlichen Sinne nicht vorliegt. Die Buchhaltung für die ersten Monate des Geschäftsjahres 2012 sowie die vorliegende Planungsrechnung bis zum 31. Dezember 2013 zeigen, dass die Finanzierung der Gesellschaft für den Prognosezeitraum mit überwiegender Wahrscheinlichkeit gesichert ist. Eine Überschuldung im rechtlichen Sinne liegt nicht vor. Bei der Bewertung für Zwecke des handelsrechtlichen Jahresabschlusses wurde deshalb von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (Going-Concern-Prinzip) ausgegangen. Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurden die durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (kurz: BilMoG) geänderten Vorschriften des HGB erstmals angewandt. Durch die Anwendungen des BilMoG ergaben sich keine Änderungen zu den bisherigen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Zugänge werden ausschließlich nach der linearen Methode abgeschrieben. Abnutzbare bewegliche geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten über EUR 150,00 bis EUR 1.000,00 werden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 a EStG in einen Sammelposten eingestellt und linear über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren abgeschrieben. Die Bewertung der Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Anschaffungsnebenkosten oder niedrigeren Zeitwerten, wobei für Lager- und Verwertungsrisiken Abschläge in angemessenem Umfang vorgenommen wurden. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz1. Fristigkeiten Sämtliche Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten sind unmittelbar aus dem Verbindlichkeitenspiegel ersichtlich. 2. Verbindlichkeiten und gewährte Sicherheiten Die Verbindlichkeiten setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:
