Anhang 20231. Grundlagen Die Axel Springer Plug and Play Accelerator GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin, Deutschland. Die Gesellschaft wird beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Charlottenburg unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 148086 B geführt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs (HGB) und des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) aufgestellt. Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen den Gliederungsvorschriften des HGB; die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Entgeltlich erworbene Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bilanziert. Abnutzbare Vermögensgegenstände werden planmäßig linear über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Bei voraussichtlich dauernden Wertminderungen werden zusätzlich außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen. Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten oder bei einer voraussichtlich dauernden Wertminderung zu dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Bilanzstichtag bilanziert. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten oder zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Einzelrisiken werden durch angemessene Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Finanzmittel werden zum Nennwert oder zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag des Geschäftsjahres 2023 in Höhe von EUR 101.404,40 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Die Gesellschaft wird in den Konzernabschluss der Axel Springer SE, Berlin, einbezogen, der im Unternehmensregister veröffentlicht wird.
