Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/241. Allgemeine Angaben Die BetterDoc GmbH mit Sitz in Köln ist beim Amtsgericht Köln unter der Nummer HRB 76813 im Handelsregister eingetragen. Da es sich bei dem Vorjahr um ein Rumpfgeschäftsjahr handelte, ist der Vergleich mit den Vorjahreszahlen nur bedingt aussagefähig. Im Berichtsjahr werden freiwillig vorzeitig die mit dem Inkrafttreten des "Zweite Gesetz zur Änderung des DWD- Gesetzes sowie zur Änderung handelsrechtlicher Vorschriften" am 17. April 2024 die dort neu geregelten Schwellenwerte angewendet. Die Gesellschaft erfüllt damit die Voraussetzungen einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bewertung von immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen des Anlagevermögens und Sachanlagen Das Sachanlagevermögen und die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden linear über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer von 5 Jahren abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen der Sachanlagen erfolgen grundsätzlich pro rata temporis unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Anschaffungskosten von geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern bis EUR 250,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe als Betriebsausgaben im Aufwand erfasst. Bewertung von Finanzanlagen Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Bewertung von Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten abzüglich angemessener Wertberichtigung angesetzt. Übrige Aktivposten Die übrigen Aktivposten werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Währungsumrechnung Währungsforderungen bzw. -verbindlichkeiten sind zum Entstehungskurs oder dem niedrigeren bzw. höheren Devisenkassa-Mittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. Bei einer Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr oder weniger werden neben den unrealisierten Verlusten auch die unrealisierten Gewinne aus der Stichtagskursbewertung berücksichtigt. Bewertung von Rückstellungen Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. Bewertung von Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Finanzanlagen Im Berichtsjahr wurde die im Vorjahr unter den Finanzanlagen ausgewiesene Ausleihung in Höhe von TEUR 28 aufgrund der geänderten Laufzeit von nicht mehr als einem Jahr in die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände umgegliedert. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von TEUR 2.000 (i. Vj. TEUR 850). In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen waren im Vorjahr Forderungen in Höhe von TEUR 89 mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr enthalten. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. 4. Sonstige Angaben Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Der Gesamtbetrag der sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen stellt sich wie folgt dar:
Arbeitnehmer Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer (umgerechnet auf Vollzeit) betrug 139 (i. Vj. 127) Mitarbeiter. Konzernklausel Die OTTO (GmbH & Co KG) , Hamburg, als mittelbares Mutterunternehmen der Gesellschaft, erstellt einen Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten Kreis der Konzernunternehmen.
