Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss der con|energy Agentur GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Nach den in § 267 Abs. 1 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Sie hat bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde im Berichtsjahr nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind im Anhang aufgeführt. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend: Die immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Sachanlagen werden auf der Grundlage der Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet und planmäßig über ihre Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Der Umfang der Anschaffungskosten entspricht § 255 Abs. 1 HGB. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis € 800,00 bei Zugang sofort abgeschrieben. Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Bei den Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt die Bewertung zum Nennwert.Zum Bilanzstichtag nitwendige Wertberichtigungen wurden vorgenommen. Zur Abdeckung des allgemeinen Ausfallrisikos wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung gebildet. Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde für Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag gebildet, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Stichtag darstellen. Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Sie wurden gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Der passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde für Einnahmen vor dem Bilanzstichtag gebildet, der Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Stichtag darstellt. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter: Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten in Höhe von € 14.636,75 (Vorjahr: € 19.781,68) Forderungen gegen die Alleingesellschafterin con|energy AG. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der Alleingesellschafterin con|energy AG in Höhe von € 1.868.767,02 (Vorjahr: € 1.916.518,68) enthalten. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen von insgesamt T€ 14. 5. Sonstige Angaben Zahl der Arbeitnehmer Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 30 Arbeitnehmer, darin enthalten eine studentische Teilzeitkraft, beschäftigt. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag Entfällt aufgrund des Berherrschungs- und Gewinnabführungsvertrages mit der con|energy AG. Unterschrift der Geschäftsführung Essen, 26.
