Anhang zum Geschäftsjahr 2023KEM Energy GmbH, BerlinI. Anwendung des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes Der Jahresabschluss der Firma KEM Energy GmbH ist nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes aufgestellt. Die Firma gilt bezüglich der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften als „kleine Kapitalgesellschaft“ im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. II. Erläuterung zur Bilanz Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethode wurde an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet. Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und planmäßig abgeschrieben. Die Vorräte zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. mit den Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken mit dem beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und sind notwendig und ausreichend bemessen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Geschäftsführung durch folgende Personen wahrgenommen: - Herr Liaz Post, Berlin, Alleinvertretungsbefugnis.
