ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 2015
Mit Gesellschaftsversammlung vom 27.3.2015 wurde eine Namensänderung von dem bisherigen Namen "Firma Münker & Hermanns GmbH in Firma Waltraud Egle GmbH, sowie die Änderung des Gegenstands in Beratungen und Dienstleistungen und die Verwaltung eigenen Vermögens beschlossen. Die Eintragung ins Handelsregister erfolgte am 09.04.2015.
Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden orientieren sich grundsätzlich an den steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen. Aktivposten Anlagevermögen Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige und außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Soweit steuerlich zulässig, kam die degressive Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung. Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Anlagegegenstände wurde auf der Basis der steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen geschätzt. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden sofort abgeschrieben. Umlaufvermögen Die Vorräte wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Risiken im Forderungsbestand sind keine berücksichtigt. Es wurde jedoch die steuerlich zulässige Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 0,5% vorgenommen.
Als Geschäftsführer ist Frau Waltraud Egle bestellt. Der Jahresüberschuss wird auf das nächste Jahr vorgetragen. Im Geschäftsjahr 2015 erfolgte eine Gewinnausschüttung. WEITERE DATENUmsatzerlöse: 511.609,44 Mitarbeiter: 2
