1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung findet das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB Anwendung.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Finanzanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Anschaffungsnebenkosten aktiviert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert - sofern eine voraussichtlich dauernde Wertminderung vorliegt - angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit ihren Nennwerten angesetzt. Das Niederstwertprinzip wird beachtet.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken aus schwebenden Geschäften und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags bewertet.

Das Wahlrecht zur Abzinsung von Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr wurde nicht ausgeübt.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Umlaufvermögen

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände weisen eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr aus.
