AnhangA. Vorbemerkung Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2013 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt unverändert nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB). Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die Abschreibung bewertet. Im Wirtschaftsjahr angeschaffte bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis 410,00 EUR wurden voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Einzelabschreibungen sowie Abschreibungen wegen allgemeiner und besonderer Risiken wurden, soweit erforderlich, vorgenommen. Die Bildung der aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten erfolgte in handelsrechtlich zulässigem Umfang. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit unter einem Jahr. Flüssige Mittel Unter den flüssigen Mitteln sind Bankguthaben ausgewiesen. Die Bestände sind durch gleichlautende Bankauszüge zum Bilanzstichtag nachgewiesen. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt am 31.12.2013 25.000,00 EUR und ist voll einbezahlt. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen insbesondere Beratungs- und Jahresabschluss-kosten. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit unter einem Jahr. Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 53.055,76 EUR. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse sowie sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen. D. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag Über die Ergebnisverwendung entscheidet die Gesellschafterversammlung. E. Organe der Gesellschaft Geschäftsführer im Jahr 2013 war Graf Rupert James Strachwitz, München.
