ANHANG zum 31. Dezember 2013
Der Jahresabschluss der HY-LINE NetService GmbH, Unterhaching, für das am 31. Dezember 2013 endende Geschäftsjahr wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Der Bilanzgliederung liegt das Gliederungsschema für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften zugrunde; für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Eine weitere Untergliederung der Posten wurde in der gesetzlich zulässigen Form vorgenommen.
Der Jahresabschluss auf den 31. Dezember 2013 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten. Sie entsprechen den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Forderungen sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen umfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten; die Bewertung erfolgte zum Erfüllungsbetrag auf Basis einer vernünftigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung unter Beachtung des Abzinsungsgebotes. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist auf Seite 13 im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt.
Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht. Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen betreffen den laufenden Liefer- und Leistungsverkehr.
Nicht aus der Bilanz ersichtliche Verpflichtungen bestanden am Bilanzstichtag nicht. Zum Geschäftsführer ist Herr Dipl.-Kfm. Jens Mittendorf, Sauerlach, bestellt; er ist stets alleinvertretungsberechtigt. Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG: Von den Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen betreffen EUR 1.847,00 Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter. Vorschlag für die Verwendung des Bilanzverlustes: Der Bilanzverlust zum 31.12.2013 beträgt EUR 12.513,68. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt den Gesellschaftern vor, diesen Betrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
