Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2020I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen Die Tec Professionals GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Hamburg. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Hamburg unter HRB141287 eingetragen. II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten der §§ 266 Abs. 1, 274 a, 276 und 288 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde bei der Aufstellung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in eingeschränktem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag einen "Nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag" in Höhe von Euro 1.164.741,96 aus. Nach Ansicht der Geschäftsleitung steht diese Feststellung einer Fortführung des Unternehmens jedoch nicht entgegen, da von Gläubigern qualifizierte Rangrücktritte erklärt wurden und gemäß unserer Liquiditätsplanung für den 12-Monate-Prognosezeitraum stets Zahlungsfähigkeit gegeben sein wird. III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Sachanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Die Nutzungsdauern werden wie folgt unterstellt: EDV-Hardware 3 Jahre Bürogeräte 7 bis 8 Jahre Büromobiliar 10 Jahre Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Sinne von § 6 Abs. 2 EStG werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu Nennwerten bewertet. Die ausgewiesenen Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und Risiken wurden in angemessener Höhe berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 12 Monaten sind entsprechend § 253 Abs. 2 HGB n.F. abgezinst. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Bilanzstichtag mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

3. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Von den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen haben Euro 329.218,90 (im Vorjahr: Euro 57.198,72) eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr und Euro 940.000,00 (im Vorjahr: Euro 940.000,00) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Sämtliche sonstige Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Für die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gelten die branchenüblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte. Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten enthält Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von Euro 31.704,67 (im Vorjahr: Euro 30.211,42). V. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Im Jahresdurchschnitt wurden 63 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
