ANHANGBilanzierung und Bewertung: Die Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres wurden unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes unverändert beibehalten. Der Ansatz des Finanzanlagevermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten. Der Ausweis der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nenn- bzw. Barwert; Ausfallrisiken wurden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen ist allen ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen worden. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz: Die Finanzanlagen betreffen die Komplementärsbeteiligungen an der FMZL Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG. Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 25.000,00 und ist in voller Höhe einbezahlt. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Sonstige Angaben: Gegenüber Gesellschafter bestehen Forderungen in Höhe von € 28.067,07 (Vj. € 26.730,54). Die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft wurde im Geschäftsjahr durch Herrn Franz Aigner, Grasbrunn, wahrgenommen. Grasbrunn, Juni 2011
