Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt. Nach Auffassung der Geschäftsführung liegt aufgrund der positiven Fortführungprognose sowie der Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen Zum 31. Dezember 2023 bestehen Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von 996.077,53 EUR gegenüber der Konzernmutter- gesellschaft ESPG AG und in Höhe von 1.939.534,80 EUR gegenüber der Gesellschafterin ESPG Asset GmbH. Diese Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen Zum 31. Dezember 2023 bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen (Vorjahr 12.077.010,00 EUR). Nicht bilanzierte sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen. Im Einzelnen beinhalten diese Verpflichtungen folgende Sachverhalte: Im Rahmen einer von der Gesellschafterin, der ESPG Asset GmbH aufgenommenen Finanzierung hat die Gesellschaft Sicherheiten eingeräumt. Die zugrundeliegende Kreditfinanzierung beläuft sich zum 31. Dezember 2023 auf 33,4 Mio. EUR.Gesellschaft besichert.
