Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011BSF Management GmbH, KölnInhaltsverzeichnis Allgemeine Angaben Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Bilanz Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Sonstige Angaben Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Firma BSF Management GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Die Aufstellung der Bilanz erfolgt vor Berücksichtigung der Gewinnverwendung. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Ausleihungen an Unternehmen mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Liquide Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt; sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Soweit beim Übergang auf die durch das BilMoG geänderten Rechnungslegungsvorschriften Wahl-rechte bestehen, bisherige Wertansätze von Aktivposten zu erhöhen bzw. Passivposten aufzulösen, haben wir von diesen Rechten keinen Gebrauch gemacht. Erläuterung zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Bilanz Die Ausleihungen an Unternehmen mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht umfasst ein Darlehen an die F plus I Verlag GmbH & Co. KG sowie an die Betonseal Franchise GmbH & Co. KG. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind im Wesentlichen für Abschluss- und Prüfungskosten sowie Aufbewahrung gebildet. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinnanteile aus Mitunternehmerschaften betreffen die Haftungsvergütungen von der Betonseal Franchise GmbH & Co. KG sowie der F plus Verlag GmbH & Co. KG. Sonstige Abgaben Die BSF Management GmbH nimmt die Komplementärstellung folgender Mitunternehmerschaften ein: Betonseal Franchise GmbH & Co. KG F plus I Verlag GmbH & Co.
